The projections for future climate change is based on the theory that humanity affects the climate by emissions of greenhouse gases. The largest source of carbon dioxide, the dominating emission, is the energy sector.

In order to forecast the climate change IPCC have made several projections about the future energy situation. Our group compare their assumptions to other forecast.
