International symposium

Solar energy more and more plays an important role in the establishment of sustainable energy systems. Solar radiation can be directly converted to electricity by semiconductor media or absorbed to create heat. In the latter case generated steam may drive turbines or generators. The aims of the symposium are to shed light on solar technologies, their potential and encourage the use of solar energy.
